Registration for 2006-2007 Season Now Open!

Hello Storm Wrestlers and welcome new wrestlers! 

It is time to get registered for the Arlington Storm 2006-2007 wrestling season. The season is fast approaching with our first practice scheduled for Thursday, October 26th at 6:30 pm (this could change so be sure to check back closer to the 26th).  Each wrestler needs to fill out and return the following items before they can get on the mat:

Fees:

  • $110 (includes $35 USA Wrestling membership, required for each wrestler and non-refundable)
  • Pay by check or cash (make checks payable to Arlington Storm)
  • $5 discount if all paperwork is complete and all fees are paid by mail prior to October 20th.
  • No refunds after November 9th

Items needed to register:

  • Registration Form
  • Emergency Information Form
  • Rules and Behavior Contract
  • Copy of Birth Certificate (*** new wrestlers only)
  • all forms available on the Registration & Forms page of this website

Mail to:

  • Please print out and fill in all 3 forms and mail them along with your check (made payable to Arlington Storm) to:

  • You may also bring all completed forms and payment to the first practice.
