At the Hwy 121 merge, exit William D.Tate North. At the second stoplight, go West on Hwy. 114. Take the Southlake Blvd. Exit and turn Left on Southlake Blvd. Turn left on Commerce Street (2nd or 3rd Stoplight). Facility is on the right.
